In addition, CTU faculty and students can borrow books from the libraries of National Changhua University of Education and Overseas Chinese University with CTU ID cards thanks to the alliance with two universities. Moreover, the Library also joined the Interlibrary Cooperation Association for Colleges in Changhua,  Yunlin and Chiayi, which provides accesses for CTU students and faculty to borrow books in the 23 libraries (e.g. National Chung Hsing University, Providence University and Feng Chia University). In this way, the Library not only increases the resources for teaching and research but also share CTU resources with the allied universities.
